Rezolv Energy's 1.3 GW solar project in western Romania has reached financial close, backed by a €561 million ($637.3 million) financing package, per pv magazine. The project is the largest solar development in the EU and is now cleared to enter construction.

Elsewhere, RP Global acquired the 22 MWp A6 Leiningerland scheme in the German zone, a ready-to-build project for which developer GAIA will continue providing optimisation support, according to Renews.biz. Separately, Octopus Energy expanded its Irish portfolio by 43 MW through the acquisition of three operational solar assets, sized collectively to supply 10,000 homes.

The three transactions span development stages from operational to construction-ready, reflecting continued deal flow across the EU solar market in late September 2026.
