Three onshore wind deals close across Europe

Three separate onshore wind transactions closed, each in a different European zone. Vestas received an order from European Energy for eight turbines at the Wulfshagen repowering project in Germany, totalling 50 MW. GE Vernova separately confirmed a 96 MW agreement with ESB covering 16 turbines at a Scottish site, paired with a 20-year services contract that locks in long-term O&M revenue.

On the M&A side, Eurowind completed its acquisition of EnBW's Swedish onshore wind operations. The deal adds approximately 120 MW of operating capacity to Eurowind's portfolio. The three announcements together reflect continued movement across repowering, new-build supply, and operating-asset consolidation in the European onshore market.
