Three separate UK solar transactions closed between 23 and 24 June 2026, according to Renews.biz. The largest disclosed deal is Innagreen's acquisition of the 50 MW Longhedge project in Nottinghamshire from RES. The consented site moves from developer to investor hands without a capacity change on record.
On the same day, Abu Dhabi-based Enviromena acquired an undisclosed-capacity project in Surrey, while Centrica and Push Power brought the Burton PV site online. Capacities for the latter two were not published in the source reports.
The clustering of deals in a single 48-hour window points to a liquid UK consented-solar pipeline, with both European and Middle Eastern capital active on the buy side. No financial terms were disclosed across any of the three transactions.
